CIO & Co-Founder

With extensive experience in real estate investing, Adam has spearheaded the acquisition of over 1,000 self-storage units, a diverse $4 million residential portfolio, multiple commercial properties, hotels, and a thriving restaurant. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have driven Dulis Group's remarkable growth and success. Adam is passionate about creating value through innovation and fostering strong community ties.
